Pier Williamson

Pier Williamson joined Brassfield Commercial in 2006 and began his real estate career in 2002, working in residential and investment real estate, leasing and property management, and land brokerage with The Preiss Company in Raleigh. As a current resident of Raleigh and having grown up in Louisburg, he knows the Greater Triangle Area markets like a native should. Pier specializes in buyer, seller, tenant, and landlord representation in all aspects of commercial real estate and with both commercial and residential land brokerage. 

Pier graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Appalachian State University and became a licensed North Carolina real estate agent in 2001. He is an active member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, and the Urban Land Institute. In addition to being a licensed broker in North Carolina, Pier is also licensed in the state of South Carolina. Over his eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Pier has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI) through the National Association of Realtors.  He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Pier is proud to be a member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce as Chairman, the Franklinton Uptown Revitalization Committee as Chairman, KidsPeace Foster Care & Family Services board of directors, the Franklin County Committee of 100, the Franklinton Chamber of Commerce, the Youngsville Area Business Association, and President of the Boys & Girls Club of North Central NC, Franklin County unit.  He is also a volunteer with the First Tee of the Triangle, Franklin & Wake County Special Olympics, the Louisburg Senior Center, and the Tar River Land Conservancy.
